OPS produce all necessary documents, apply for and pay for Planning Permission or PD on your property
If approval is never gained, you don't pay a penny
If approval is gained and you sell your whole property, you pay OPS a percentage of the increased value our work has generated for your property, e.g. your property is worth £500k, but after gaining planning permission to build an additional house on your land, your whole property is now worth £650k. Upon sale, you pay OPS commission on/ a percentage of the additional £150k your property has gained in value*
If approval is gained and you sell part of your property, a different percentage is paid, against the sale. *

However, we firmly believe that, along with our no win no fee policy, the difference in cost between us and other professionals, is more than made up for, in improved property value, over and above that produced by others.
